Guidelines for Online Education Verification
This facility is available only for our 2 years Distance Learning / Hybrid PGDBA (DLP) / PGDM (DLP ) / PGDM (HB) programs only. You will have to follow usual physical verification process for other programs conducted at institute.
For the first time, you are required to register your company on subject portal.
After successfully filling up online registration form, you will be provided with User ID and Password. Please save the same for future requirement.
A Verification Agency can not register in portal for more than one time.
GST number is mandatory during registration.
After registration, for verification of any student’s marks data, please enter admission number of the student. If student number is found in database, the system will give you message for online payment of verification charges.
In case of absence of admission number, you can search admission by entering full name of student. Please note that any two fields between First name, Middle name and Last name need to be entered.
You can make online payment through Debit card, Credit card and Net banking. Kindly note that payment through cheque, Demand draft or cash is not feasible.
For Multiple verifications, payment needs to be done individually.
On completion of online payment process, you will get access to view mark sheets and certificates of selected student as well as take print of the same if desired.
